I have been training for the better part of 12 years. 10 of those years were football style, explosive workouts to build muscle and strength. At first glance, I thought these workouts were going to be the same explosive and fast paced workouts I grew up doing. Then I completed day one, and day two, and so on. I quickly learned from Raschel’s coaching and listening to my body that these were not the same workouts I was used to. The program exposed areas of weakness that had been around for years prior. Being an athlete, this was challenging, but also one of the greatest benefits I took from the program. I learned balanced and overall strength comes from a steady, sustainable workout program that constantly challenges the body by changing movements, rep schemes, and weight ranges. I learned how important core stability and muscle control is, and how good it feels to have that stability and control. This program was tough, there’s no question about it, but the results are worth it. Thank you Raschel for giving me the opportunity to try your program.
