I learned that I was actually living in the future. My eye would twitch because I was trying to controls something in the future that had not even happened yet. Trap bar split squats. . . The trap bar is a great tool if you have one available to you. For the split squat, it kept my stance even, it could not be too wide. Play around and see if this unilateral movement feels right for you! . . I usually do between 2-4 sets, 6-8 or 12-15 reps. One day is lower reps, other day is higher reps within the same week. There is no right or wrong way just depends on your goals! Heavy with good form! Recover, repeat!

Just switching your words around leaves you more empowered and able than before. . . “Accept where you are, stop the shoulding and do something about it. There is and there is not. If you stop the judgment, the “ought to be” and just live in the moment you are free. . . When you stop “shoulding” on the people around you you set them free to live their best lives. You can recommend and ask “can I share with you what I would do?” This gives them the authorization to say yes or no, instead of spewing your own “shoulds” on them. By removing should from your vocabulary, you have the freedom to live your life. You’ve removed any judgment or criticism of the past, and today. There are 2 weeks and about 45g additional carbs and 6g extra fats between these two photos. Under eating is not the solution always. . . I am glad that I am willing to ask for help, admit my faults and put in the hard work. I don't know it all, I am not right, I am not wrong. I am just open; open to looking at the spaces in my life with the most resistance so I can continue to level up. Life is always on repeat until you’re willing to recognize its on repeat. . .
