Why a retreat?

Definition: “An act of moving back or withdrawing.”

Sometimes we need to take a step back. Withdrawal into who we are because we have become so involved in doing that we forget our being.

That is the intention of our retreats. Within 1-4 days we want to give you a new perspective on the simple yet profound. We offer retreats on the following topics: stress management, spiritual practice, breathwork, channeling, and health and wellness.
