Sometimes we need to take a step back. Withdrawal into who we are because we have become so involved in doing that we forget our being.

That is the intention of our retreats. Within 1-4 days we want to give you a new perspective on the simple yet profound. We offer retreats on the following topics: fitness and the mind body connection, nutrition, stress management, spiritual practice, breath-work, and health and wellness.

All to make your life your best, complete, and fulfilled life.
