Breathwork is the conscious decision to change the state of the body. Through guided breathing patterns, the body can begin to release tension, anxiety and pain. I use crystals and crystal bowls to resonate tones through the body to enhance your relaxation.
Bring your questions, situations and concerns to receive individualized coaching, breathwork, guidance and restorative processing. Whatever the situation, you will receive an action plan, discover answers to your questions and be provided homework assignments to move forward powerfully.
